본 약관은 Coin GBA(이하 "앱")의 이용에 관하여 회사와 이용자 사이의 권리·의무를 정합니다. 이용자는 앱을 설치한 뒤 최초 실행 화면에서 이용을 계속하거나 앱의 기능을 이용함으로써 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 회사는 앱의 최초 실행 화면과 설정 > 이용약관에서 본 약관의 전문을 언제든 확인할 수 있도록 제공합니다.
이용자는 앱을 삭제하여 언제든지 이용계약을 종료할 수 있으며, 별도의 해지 절차나 위약금은 없습니다(이미 결제한 유료 상품의 처리는 7항에 따릅니다). 다만 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 게임·세이브 데이터도 함께 삭제되므로, 필요한 경우 설정 > 세이브 백업 폴더에서 미리 백업하시기 바랍니다.
Coin GBA는 이용자가 합법적으로 보유한 GBA 게임 파일(ROM)을 자신의 기기에서 실행하기 위한 에뮬레이터 앱입니다. 회사는 게임 파일을 제공·배포하지 않으며, 게임 파일을 내려받을 수 있는 경로도 안내하지 않습니다.
이용자가 앱에 추가하는 ROM 등 콘텐츠에 대한 적법한 권리 확보와 사용 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다. 타인의 저작권을 침해하는 파일의 사용을 금지합니다. 앱은 이용자가 추가한 파일을 회사 서버로 전송하거나 공유하지 않습니다.
기본 기능은 무료이며 광고가 표시됩니다. 무료 이용의 플레이 시간(아케이드 코인 방식)은 현재 다음과 같이 운영됩니다.
위 시간·횟수·조건은 서비스 운영 상황에 따라 변경될 수 있으며, 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 15항에 따라 사전에 고지합니다. 광고와 관련한 개인정보 처리 및 동의 철회 방법은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
모든 결제는 Google Play 결제 시스템을 통해 이루어지며, 표시 가격은 부가세를 포함합니다.
결제·환불은 Google Play 환불 정책에 따라 처리됩니다. 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 이용자는 구매일로부터 7일 이내에 청약철회를 할 수 있습니다. 다만 코인처럼 구매 즉시 사용·소비된 디지털 콘텐츠는 같은 법 제17조 제2항에 따라 청약철회가 제한될 수 있으며, 이 경우에도 사용하지 않은 부분에 대해서는 철회가 가능합니다. 환불 문의는 Google Play 또는 위 고객지원 이메일로 접수해 주세요.
만 19세 미만 이용자는 법정대리인의 동의를 받아 결제해야 하며, 동의 없이 이루어진 결제는 본인 또는 법정대리인이 취소할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
회사는 위반 사실이 확인된 경우 부당하게 취득된 플레이 시간·코인 등의 이익을 회수하거나 해당 이용자의 서비스 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다. 이용 제한은 위반의 내용과 정도에 비례하는 범위에서만 이루어지며, 이용자가 정당하게 결제한 유료 상품의 이용은 위반 행위와 직접 관련된 경우에 한하여 제한합니다. 회사는 제한에 앞서 또는 제한 후 지체 없이 그 사유를 알리고 이의를 제기할 기회를 제공합니다.
앱의 이름·로고·디자인·코드에 관한 권리는 회사에 있습니다. 앱에 포함된 오픈소스 구성요소는 각 라이선스를 따릅니다(11항).
Nintendo, Game Boy, Game Boy Advance 및 관련 명칭·로고는 Nintendo Co., Ltd. 또는 각 권리자의 상표입니다. 본 앱에서 "GBA"라는 표기는 앱이 어떤 형식의 게임 파일과 호환되는지를 알리기 위한 서술적·호환성 표시로만 사용됩니다. 회사와 본 앱은 Nintendo를 비롯한 어떠한 게임기 제조사·게임 저작권자와도 제휴·후원·승인·보증 관계가 없습니다. 앱은 게임 파일(ROM)이나 BIOS를 포함·배포하지 않습니다.
본 앱은 mGBA(MPL 2.0) 등 오픈소스 구성요소를 포함합니다. 앱 내 "오픈소스 라이선스"에서 고지와 소스 코드 위치를 확인할 수 있습니다.
회사는 앱의 기능을 개선·변경할 수 있습니다. 부득이한 사유로 서비스를 종료하는 경우 종료일로부터 30일 전에 앱 내 공지 또는 스토어 페이지를 통해 고지하며, 유료 상품은 다음과 같이 처리합니다.
서비스가 종료되어도 이용자의 기기에 저장된 게임·세이브 데이터는 회사가 삭제하지 않습니다.
앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 회사는 이용자가 추가한 콘텐츠의 사용, 기기·운영체제 환경 차이로 인한 오작동, 이용자의 부주의(기기 초기화, 백업 미설정, 앱 삭제 등)로 인한 세이브 데이터 손실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 회사의 고의·중과실로 인한 손해는 관련 법령에 따라 배상하며, 본 항은 소비자보호에 관한 강행 법령이 이용자에게 보장하는 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 합니다. 분쟁은 상호 협의로 해결하되, 협의가 이루어지지 않으면 「민사소송법」상 관할 법원에 제소할 수 있습니다. 소비자는 거주지 관할 법원에 제소할 수 있습니다.
회사는 관계 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 본 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다. 변경 시 변경 내용과 시행일을 앱 내 또는 본 페이지에 고지하며, 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 시행 7일 전(중대한 변경은 30일 전)에 고지합니다. 이용자가 고지 기간 내에 거부 의사를 표시하지 않고 시행일 이후에도 앱을 계속 이용하는 경우 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 변경에 동의하지 않는 이용자는 앱을 삭제하여 이용계약을 종료할 수 있습니다.
본 약관은 한국어로 작성되고 영어로 번역되어 제공됩니다. 두 판본 사이에 해석의 차이가 있는 경우 한국어본을 기준으로 합니다. 다만 이용자가 거주하는 국가의 소비자보호 강행 법령이 달리 정하는 경우에는 그에 따릅니다.

These terms govern your use of Coin GBA ("the app"). By continuing past the first-launch screen or otherwise using the app's features, you agree to them. The full text is available on the first-launch screen and at any time under Settings > Terms of Service.
You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the app; there is no cancellation procedure and no penalty (paid products are handled under section 7). Note that uninstalling also deletes the game and save data stored on your device, so back it up first under Settings > Save backup folder if you need it.
Coin GBA is an emulator for running GBA game files (ROMs) that you legally own on your own device. We do not provide, distribute, or link to game files.
You are responsible for holding the lawful rights to any content (e.g. ROMs) you add, and for how you use it. Using files that infringe copyright is prohibited. The app does not upload or share the files you add.
Core features are free and supported by ads. Free play time (the "arcade coin" model) currently works as follows:
These durations, limits and conditions may change as the service evolves; changes that disadvantage users are announced in advance under section 15. Ad-related data processing and consent withdrawal are covered by the Privacy Policy.
All payments are processed by Google Play Billing; displayed prices include applicable tax.
Payments and refunds follow the Google Play refund policy. Where local consumer law grants a withdrawal right (e.g. Korea: 7 days; EU: 14 days), that right applies, except for digital content that has already been used or consumed to the extent permitted by law. Contact Google Play or the support address above.
If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may purchase only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. A purchase made without that consent may be cancelled by the minor or their legal guardian.
You must not:
Where a violation is established we may reclaim improperly obtained play time or coins and restrict your use of the service. Any restriction will be proportionate to the violation, and access to paid products you legitimately purchased will be restricted only where it is directly connected to the violation. We will tell you the reason before the restriction, or without delay afterwards, and give you an opportunity to dispute it.
The app's name, logo, design, and code belong to us. Open-source components are governed by their own licenses (section 11).
Nintendo, Game Boy, and Game Boy Advance, along with related names and logos, are trademarks of Nintendo Co., Ltd. or their respective owners. The abbreviation "GBA" is used here solely as a descriptive indication of compatibility — to state which game file format the app runs. We and this app are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or approved by Nintendo or any other console manufacturer or game copyright holder. The app does not include or distribute any game files (ROMs) or BIOS.
This app includes open-source components such as mGBA (MPL 2.0). See "Open-source licenses" in the app for notices and the source location.
We may improve or change the app's features. If we have to discontinue the service, we will give notice in the app or on the store listing at least 30 days before the closure date, and handle paid products as follows:
We will not delete the game or save data stored on your own device when the service ends.
The app is provided "as is". We are not liable for your use of content you add, for device-specific malfunctions, or for save data lost through user action — except for damages caused by our intent or gross negligence, as provided by law. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Consumers may also rely on the mandatory consumer-protection law of their country of residence and bring claims in their local courts.
We may amend these terms within the limits of applicable law. We will post the change and its effective date in the app or on this page; changes that disadvantage users are announced 7 days in advance (30 days for material changes). If you do not object during the notice period and keep using the app after the effective date, you are deemed to have accepted the change. If you do not accept it, you may uninstall the app to end the agreement.
These terms are written in Korean and provided in English translation. If the two versions differ in meaning, the Korean version prevails — except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
