Coniapps(이하 "회사")는 Coin GBA(이하 "앱")를 운영하면서 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 처리하는지, 이용자가 어떤 권리를 가지는지 설명합니다.
앱에는 회원가입·로그인이 없습니다. 회사는 이름·이메일·전화번호·주소·결제수단 등 이용자를 직접 식별할 수 있는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 이용자가 추가한 게임 파일(ROM), 세이브 데이터, 게임패드 설정, 코인 잔액 등은 이용자 기기 내부에만 저장되며 회사 서버로 전송되지 않습니다(회사는 별도의 이용자 데이터 서버를 운영하지 않습니다). 이용자가 추가한 게임의 파일명·제목·목록은 어떤 경우에도 기기 밖으로 전송되지 않습니다. 다만 앱 개선을 위한 이용 통계와 오류(크래시) 진단 정보는 아래 4항과 같이 Google Firebase가 처리합니다.
아래 항목은 앱에 포함된 제3자 서비스(Google)가 처리하며, 회사는 개별 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 형태로 열람하지 않습니다.

「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따른 계약·청약철회·결제·소비자 불만 처리 기록은 Google Play를 통해 처리되며, 관련 법령이 정한 기간(계약·청약철회 5년, 대금결제 5년, 소비자불만·분쟁처리 3년) 동안 보존될 수 있습니다.
무료 이용 시 Google AdMob 광고(배너·리워드)가 표시됩니다. AdMob은 광고 제공·측정·부정행위 방지를 위해 광고 식별자, 기기 정보, 대략적 위치 등을 처리할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 개인정보처리방침 및 AdMob 데이터 정책을 참고하세요.
앱은 서비스 개선을 위해 Google Firebase의 두 가지 기능을 사용합니다.
이용자가 추가한 게임의 파일명·제목·목록과 세이브 데이터는 분석·진단 어느 쪽으로도 전송되지 않습니다. 보유한 게임 수는 개별 제목 없이 구간(0 / 1 / 2-5 / 6개 이상)으로만 집계됩니다. 회사는 개별 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 형태로 이 자료를 열람하지 않습니다.

광고 제거(평생·월 구독) 및 코인 상품 결제는 Google Play 결제 시스템을 통해 처리됩니다. 카드번호 등 결제수단 정보는 Google이 처리하며 앱은 이를 수집·저장하지 않습니다.
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다. 앱은 아래 서비스를 이용하며, 각 서비스가 자체 방침에 따라 정보를 처리합니다.
위 서비스 이용에 따라 개인정보가 미국 등 국외 소재 Google 서버로 이전·저장될 수 있습니다.
앱을 삭제하면 기기 내부에 저장된 게임·세이브·설정 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다(이용자가 지정한 외부 백업 폴더의 파일은 이용자가 직접 삭제해야 합니다). 문의 이메일은 목적 달성 후 지체 없이 파기합니다.
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며(Google Play 대상 연령: 만 13세 이상), 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동이 정보를 제공한 사실을 인지한 경우 지체 없이 파기합니다. 미국 이용자에 대해서는 COPPA에 따라 만 13세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
이용자는 언제든 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 회사가 별도로 보유하는 정보는 문의 이메일 정도이므로, 아래 연락처로 요청하시면 지체 없이 처리합니다. AdMob·Google Play가 처리하는 정보에 대해서는 Google에 직접 요청하거나, 앱 내 동의 철회·광고 ID 재설정 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.
회사는 개인정보를 금전적 대가를 받고 판매하지 않습니다. 다만 맞춤 광고 목적의 광고 식별자 처리는 일부 주법상 "판매/공유"로 해석될 수 있으며, 이용자는 기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 삭제하거나 맞춤 광고를 끄는 방법으로 이를 거부(opt-out)할 수 있습니다.
「개인정보 보호법」 제31조 제3항에 따라 개인정보 보호책임자의 성명 대신 개인정보 보호 업무를 처리하는 부서의 명칭과 연락처를 공개합니다. 사업자의 상호·대표자·사업장 소재지 등 법정 표시사항은 이용약관 1항 및 앱 내 설정 > 판매자 정보에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

본 방침이 변경되는 경우 앱 내 고지 또는 본 페이지 게시를 통해 알리며, 변경된 방침은 게시한 날로부터 효력이 발생합니다(이용자에게 불리한 중요한 변경은 시행 7일 전에 고지합니다).

Coniapps ("we") operates Coin GBA ("the app"). This policy explains what information is processed and what rights you have.
The app has no sign-up or login. We do not collect directly identifying information such as your name, email, phone number, address, or payment details. Game files (ROMs) you add, save data, gamepad layouts, and coin balances are stored only on your device and are never sent to us — we operate no user-data server. The filenames, titles and list of games you add never leave your device under any circumstances. Usage statistics and crash diagnostics are processed by Google Firebase as described in section 4.
The items below are processed by third-party Google services embedded in the app; we do not access them in a form that identifies an individual user.

Free use shows Google AdMob banner and rewarded ads. AdMob may process an advertising identifier, device information, and approximate location to serve, measure, and protect ads. See the Google Privacy Policy and the AdMob data policy.
The app uses two Google Firebase features to improve the service.
Neither one receives the filenames, titles or list of games you added, nor your save data. The size of your library is reported only as a bucket (0 / 1 / 2-5 / 6+), never as individual titles. We do not view any of this in a form that identifies an individual user.

Ad removal (lifetime / monthly) and coin purchases are handled by Google Play Billing. Payment credentials are processed by Google; the app never collects or stores them.
We do not sell your personal data. The app uses Google AdMob (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.) for advertising, Google Play Billing (Google LLC) for payments, and Google Firebase (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.) for usage analytics and crash diagnostics; each processes data under its own policy.
Through the services above, data may be transferred to and stored on Google servers outside your country, including the United States (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Transfers rely on Google's own safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses / adequacy decisions where applicable). You can limit transfers by withdrawing ad consent, resetting your Advertising ID, or purchasing ad removal.
Uninstalling the app deletes the game, save, and settings data stored on your device. Files in an external backup folder you selected must be deleted by you. Support emails are deleted once the inquiry is resolved.
The app is not directed at children (Google Play target age: 13+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA) or under 14 (Republic of Korea). If we learn such data was provided, we delete it without delay.
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal data at any time by emailing us. For data processed by AdMob or Google Play, you can contact Google directly or use the in-app consent withdrawal and device-level Advertising ID controls.
We do not sell personal information for money. Processing advertising identifiers for personalized advertising may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" under some state laws; you can opt out by deleting your Advertising ID or turning off personalized ads in your device settings.
Our full trader identity (business name, owner, registration number, registered address) is disclosed in section 1 of the Terms of Service and under Settings > Seller information in the app.
If this policy changes we will post the update on this page (and in the app). Changes take effect when posted; material changes that disadvantage users are announced 7 days in advance.
